Captain Lawrence Brewing Company

Captain Lawrence Brewing started in Pleasantville in 2006 and grew into its Elmsford brewery, now among the largest craft breweries in the Hudson Valley. Scott Vaccaro named it for Captain Lawrence Drive in South Salem, the road he grew up on. Local is not a marketing word here.
